The importance of supporting local people and local business is of the highest importance to us.

We are blessed, here in Dorset, to be surrounded with so many high quality producers, which means we don’t have to look far when sourcing the majority of the stock for the whole shop – fresh or packaged.

Supporting ‘local’ is also about taking responsibility for our environmental impact, which we take very seriously, and is therefore a conscious decision to minimise our supplier routes at every opportunity.

The result is we are confident in our claim that much of our produce and ingredients is bought within a 20 mile radius.
